Very few trading text have intelligent instruction on Elliott Wave, Fibonacci Price target projections, Indicators analysis, Tradestation programming, trading band methodology, trading plans, and trading systems all in one text.  There is something there for all discipline levels and has much of what is needed in any real trading system except the customized methods each individual trader feels comfortable with.  The author was very gracious with valid information, and this is a valuable reference book. 

This book highlights the basic concept of computerizing trading systems and provides varied examples of creating mechanical trading systems.  It demonstrates a total mechanical trading plan as well as semi-mechanical trading plans to suit different levels of trading expertise.

This book also offers new thoughts on creating indicators and enhancing classic indicators such as RSI, Stochastic, Bollinger Bands, Directional Movement Indicator and MACD to improve trading performances.  With actual market examples you’ll learn to:

l       differentiate between trending and non-trending markets

l       determine whether a market is overbought or oversold

l       anticipate major support and resistance levels

l       apply appropriate technique at different states of the market

About the Author:

Robert T.H. Lee is a Registered Investment Adviser, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London and an Associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers.  He has over 25 years of experience in commercial and investment banking.  From 1977 to 1987, he served as Senior Manager, Marketing Department, of Overseas Trust Bank Limited and, concurrently, as General Manager of its two deposit-taking subsidiaries where he was responsible for all securities trading and investment counseling.  He formed MegaCapital Limited in 1989 to provide corporate finance and private portfolio advisory services.
